"First, I'd like to thank Blanca for her amazing customer service and the knowledge of the field. We needed to renew our insurance after our previous provider cancalled and sold out the company. We had tons of questions and concerns regarding the best coverage for our home. Not only did she not pressure us to go with SF, as we were shopping with other companies as well, we came to find out the price and quality of coverage was best with Sf for our home. She also was able to give us great prices for our autos, which I was scared about moving as I had been a die hard GEICO fan and been insured since 2011. My husband also had a bad previous experience with SF in a different state so our hesitation was high. She was patient, helpful, and educated us in areas we were informed about. To say the least, her service and information, plus the good bundle deal sealed the deal without a doubt with Blanca. My husband was difficult and will hold individuals to their word, which Blanca kept. We are thankful for her and her service and look forward to continue working with Blanca when she comes back from leave. The 5 🌟 is understatement for the service she provided my family. Definitely say from working in the public sector, the service, attitude, and overall person she is, is not seen around in this world anymore. I hope she is valued in her office as I can tell she has a great heart for serving others!"
