I'm a state farm customer who needed to transfer some things to my name and asked for a simple consult with the agent. The receptionist was unwilling to help, and cost your company business. Asked for specific documents, which I don't understand and needed help with. Hence the reason I asked the consult. I would have used your services.

Don't bother with an apology, just fire the horrible person you have answering the phones. I found an agent who scheduled the appointment unlike the incompetent, unfriendly receptionist you have working for you.

Thanks for nothing.
